As the not-at-fault driver, you won't be responsible for rental costs, provided that you: are not at fault for the accident; assist us in recovering costs from the at-fault party or their insurer; and comply with the terms and conditions of our agreement.
If we require your help in recovering rental costs, this may include providing documents, witness statements, or, in some cases, appearing in court as a witness. Please note that you are still responsible for fuel, tolls, and any infringements, just as you would be with your own car.
